These terms govern your use of the Crystal Hearts® portal at crystal-hearts.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Crystal Heart® Visions Ltd (“we”, “us”). The Site is an ecosystem hub linking to the individual Crystal Hearts® platforms. These are ecosystem-level website terms and do not cover host, practitioner or platform-specific agreements — each platform maintains its own terms, which apply separately when you use that platform.

Use of the website

By accessing the Site you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable UK or international law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems or user data;
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• scrape, misuse or republish Site content other than for personal, non-commercial browsing;
• use the Site to harass, mislead or harm others.

We may update, restrict or withdraw the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

Crystal Heart® and Crystal Hearts® are registered trademarks of Crystal Heart® Visions Ltd. The Site’s branding, logos, text and design — together with the “One World. One Ecosystem.” slogan — are owned by us and protected by trademark and other laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos or branding without prior written permission, except to identify our platforms editorially and fairly.

Links to our platforms

The Site links to the individual Crystal Hearts® platforms — including Crystal Heart® Radio, Crystal Heart® Psychics, Crystal Heart® Mind, Crystal Heart® Academy and Crystal Heart® Flow. Each platform is operated under its own terms, policies and (where relevant) host agreements. When you leave the Site and use a platform, that platform’s own terms apply, and we are not responsible for the content, conduct or availability of third-party platform experiences beyond what is set out in those terms.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Heart® Visions Ltd excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including indirect or consequential losses — except where such exclusion is not permitted by law (for example, liability that cannot be excluded under UK law). Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer law gives you additional rights that cannot be overridden.
